Return and Refund Policy

All customized glass products acquired from Anderson Glass are considered as final sales and are ineligible for returns due to the bespoke nature of these items. However, should a custom-made product arrive with any form of damage, customers retain the option to file a return claim.

For such instances of damage, it is imperative that any affected orders be thoroughly documented and reported within three (3) business days from the date of delivery. 

Furthermore, the damaged custom items must be maintained in their original packaging. It is important to highlight that restocking fees will not be applicable in such cases.

In certain situations, our company may request the submission of a photographic record illustrating the damage to the custom product prior to authorizing a refund or exchange.
